- Steel H-Frame lifting mechanism is exceptionally sturdy and strong allowing for a safe working load of 260kg and boasting a warranty of 10 years
- H-Frame also allows the bed to go down to a low minimum height of 20cm up to the full maximum height of 80cm meaning the bed is perfect for reducing the risks of injury to the user through falling out of bed and goes to the full height suitable for carers to carry out nursing without the need to bend over causing back injury.
- Vegetable Fibre lying surface (Backrest and seat only) is made up of separate sections that are fully removable and allow for easy cleaning and disinfecting as you would on any hard surface. Excellent for infection control and routine cleaning.
- Features Trendelenburg and Anti-Trendelenburg, a 'Comfort' setting which automatically puts the bed in the optimal comfort position, and the 'Nursing' setting which automatically sets the bed to the supine position and at full height for the carer.
- Hand Control is lockable and has a backlight function for use without disturbing the patient
- Headrest motor features a manual emergency lower in case of power failure
- Choice of either single centralised braking mechanism at foot-end which takes the castors completely off the ground for extra sturdiness, or fully enclosed castors with unique tamper-proof braking mechanism.
- Choice of standard wooden side rials or Smartguard side rails. Smartguard rails pull up from the bed frame and are configurable to offer a split of 60/40 or 40/30/30 split along the length of the bed. This allows for full or partial cotside use.
